Founder & Group CEO
José Manguele founded Manuch Capital Holdings, a diversified group in logistics, infrastructure, energy, and trade across Southern Africa. With degrees in Civil Engineering and Business Administration, he built ventures like OLIFS and Manuch Invest, focusing on freight, transport, and trade facilitation. Elected to ACB’s board in 2026, he advocates for private-sector growth. His vision: build world-class African enterprises that drive regional integration, create jobs, and leave a lasting legacy.
Francisca Manguele
Co-Founder & Executive Director
Francisca Manguele co-founded Manuch Capital Holdings and leads financial governance, administration, and strategic planning. An accounting professional, she ensures financial discipline, compliance, and robust internal controls across the Group. Her leadership upholds integrity and accountability, shaping the company’s culture and vision alongside José.
